What I LIKE about this place?
Room: Digital lock with your own password is used for each room, no need to carry key, thumb up! ^ ^
Subway:

>Line 4 , Myeong-Dong Station (명동 역), Exit 8
Airport Bus: 6001 & 6015 at Sejong Hotel near Line 4 exit 10. Bus fare to In-cheon between 10,000won-14,000won per pax.
Shopping: Myeong-Dong is just right below the building. Namdaemun is just 8minutes walking distance.
Food: Not a problem. Simple toast, coffee and egg is provided.
Tips: Most food shop in Myeong-Dong only open at around 11am. Advice to seek happening local breakfast at Namdaemoon.
Attraction nearby: Myeong-Dong, Myeongdong Cathedral, Namdaemun Market, Namsan Seoul Tower, Namsangol Hanok Village.
Tips: If you can walk and like to take photos, you actually can walk (15 minutes) to Cheonggyecheon Stream, from there less than 5 minutes you can reach Gwanghwamun Square and Gyeongbukgung Place as well.
What I Dislike about this place?

Chances of coming back and stay here?
High. Convenient and clean location. Most important meet my minimum requirement which is bath room attach, free and stable wifi connection.
