Clay Pot Lou Shu Fan

'Lou Shu Fan' is the short fat noddle you see in picture.

'Lou shu fan' + minced pork + raw egg in clay pot. Stir the egg and mix it well with lou shu fan and minced pork once serve when it is still hot. The combination is heaven. =)

'Siu Yok Mee' (Roasted Pork Noodle)
Dry wan tan mee with stir fried roasted pork with garlic, black sauce and some sugar. My favorite dish. I finish this by myself. haha...
Ah! If you can eat spicy food, don't forget to mix their sambal with chili padi and eat with above two dishes, guarantee you will enjoy it with lots of sweat. ^_^

Fried 'Sui Kao' (Fried dumpling)
This dumpling is always fried when order, so is fresh, hot and delicious.
Minced pork and prawn meat are wrap inside the dumpling, dip some chili sauce and bite, yummy yummy

Bali 4D3N (Part 3 - Day 3: Kintamani)
